About the role

  • Administration of systems such as ECC, S/4HANA, PI/PO and GRC.
  • Administration of the SAP BTP platform.
  • Performance monitoring using tools such as SAP Solution Manager and Cloud ALM.
  • Application of SAP Notes, patches, Support Packages, kernel updates and hotfixes.
  • Knowledge of the SAP for Me structure.
  • Creation and management of user profiles and authorizations.
  • Implementation of security practices, including audits and encryption.
  • Troubleshooting of servers, performance issues and systemic errors.
  • Transporting configuration objects between SAP environments.
  • Management of backup strategies and regular recovery testing.
  • Technical documentation of configurations and procedures.
  • Generation of status, performance and maintenance reports.
  • Work with operating systems such as Linux, Windows and Unix.
  • Integration of SAP systems with cloud computing and virtualization infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of the SAP on RISE infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP BASIS operational experience, with practice in maintenance and support environments.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information Systems.
  • Experience in performance analysis to optimize SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP products — managing system growth to maintain scalability.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve errors in SAP environments.
  • Continuous monitoring of systems to ensure stability.
  • Execution of lower-complexity updates in SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with IT operational and management best practices.
  • Experience with customer service platforms and technical support, ensuring prompt and organized responses.
  • Proficiency with communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and analysis.
