About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Linear tickets end-to-end, from understanding product requirements to merged PR.
- Drive Claude Code across the full cycle: scoping, planning, execution, review, and iteration.
- Design and evolve our backend (Node.js / NestJS) and frontend (React).
- Contribute to our AWS infrastructure and CI/CD tooling.
- Ensure the quality, readability, and maintainability of code produced by the agent.
- Participate in technical and product decisions in an early-stage context where your voice matters.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in an equivalent developer role.
- Hands-on, regular experience with agent-based (agentic) AI-assisted development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Node.js / NestJS on the backend.
- React on the frontend.
- PostgreSQL.
- AWS: ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda.
- Docker.
- Git / GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Autonomy, strong delivery mindset, and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage startup environment.
