About the role
- Ensure product delivery
- Develop new features (APIs, backend services, React interfaces)
- Actively participate in the technical backlog
- Continuously improve the existing architecture
- Contribute to technical choices within a small team
- Integrate data models into applications
- Participate in the industrialization of AI use cases where relevant
- Work closely with data profiles and the CTO on technical evolutions
- Pay particular attention to security and compliance (banking environment)
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of developed services
Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in JavaScript / TypeScript development
- Strong proficiency with Node.js / NestJS
- Experience with React
- Good understanding of AWS environments (Lambda, serverless, distributed cloud)
- Ability to work across the entire technical stack, from backend to front-end interfaces
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or demanding product environment
- Sensitivity to data and AI issues, with practical experience in this area
- Use of modern assisted development tools (copilots, automation, generative AI) is considered a current professional standard
