About the role
- Administer and optimize the Redshift database
- Design and refine table structures to meet the needs of internal teams
- Develop data ingestion pipelines
- Prepare and shape data for AI/ML use cases
- Build dashboards, reports, and analyses
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in an equivalent role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and analytical databases (ideally Redshift)
- Experience in data modeling and schema optimization
- Proficient in Python for data work (pandas, ETL, APIs)
- Knowledge of data pipelines (ETL, orchestration)
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred) is a plus
