About the role

  • Ensure follow-up of key administrative tasks such as: contract management
  • Organizing schedules
  • Supporting internal communication
  • Perform various administrative duties related to the operation of the establishment
  • Work closely with management, the executive assistant and the reception secretary

Requirements

  • Administrative qualification preferred (BEP/CAP up to Bac+2), or significant experience in a similar administrative role
  • Meticulousness, organizational skills and good interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of a medico-social environment
  • Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel…)
  • Familiarity with Boss and Ageval software is a plus
