About the role
- Ensure follow-up of key administrative tasks such as: contract management
- Organizing schedules
- Supporting internal communication
- Perform various administrative duties related to the operation of the establishment
- Work closely with management, the executive assistant and the reception secretary
Requirements
- Administrative qualification preferred (BEP/CAP up to Bac+2), or significant experience in a similar administrative role
- Meticulousness, organizational skills and good interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of a medico-social environment
- Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel…)
- Familiarity with Boss and Ageval software is a plus
