  • Plan, maintain and communicate the technical roadmap (enablers, upgrades, refactors and structural improvements), linking initiatives to business metrics and strategic objectives.
  • Lead technical discovery with Engineering, Product and Design, ensuring clarity of the problem, functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria and scope alignment.
  • Map dependencies, risks and cross-system impacts, ensuring predictability in execution.
  • Facilitate technical decisions with Engineers and Architecture, ensuring understanding of trade-offs between cost, risk, time and quality.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of APIs and integrations: versioning, impact on consumers, functional/non-functional requirements and alignment across squads.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, security and resilience requirements are defined, documented and prioritized when they affect user experience or platform health.
  • Act as a bridge between product needs and architectural standards, contributing to informed technical decisions.
  • Monitor and influence key stability and operational indicators (e.g., availability, latency, recurring errors, evolution of technical debt).
  • Support strengthening quality practices with engineering: testing, technical documentation, versioning, rollout processes and validation.
  • Identify, classify and prioritize critical technical debt, ensuring visibility to stakeholders and alignment with the roadmap.
  • Participate in incident management and post-incident analyses, ensuring learnings are translated into product and engineering actions.
  • Facilitate technical rituals and cadences that support clear decision-making, predictability and transparency across teams.
  • Raise the team's technical literacy within Product, assisting in defining non-functional requirements and analyzing systemic impacts.
  • Orchestrate functional and technical validations with QA, Engineering, Business and Design.
  • Communicate vision, risks, dependencies and results clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical audiences.
