About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As Project Lead at L21s you take responsibility for planning, managing and delivering demanding IT consulting projects
You lead interdisciplinary consulting teams, provide holistic client support, and work on core client issues with a high level of conceptual depth
At the same time you keep practical feasibility in mind and ensure our solutions are not only well thought-out but also ready for real-world application
In addition to project responsibility, you also assume disciplinary leadership duties and foster the professional and personal development of your team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree in a technical or business field (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Management with an IT focus)
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or a comparable industry
Proven experience leading complex projects—ideally in the IT or digitalization space
Experience in independently managing and developing teams
Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and the ability to inspire people toward common goals
