About the role

  • Full responsibility for the digital acquisition and sales funnel, from traffic generation to conversion
  • Implement a scalable digital sales and performance marketing strategy across European markets
  • Drive revenue growth and conversion rates in close collaboration with sales and product teams
  • Manage and optimize paid media channels (SEO, SEA, paid social, display, retargeting) with clear ROI accountability
  • Design and optimize high-performing digital funnels, landing pages, and nurturing processes
  • Identify, segment, and target valuable customer audiences in sports and entertainment
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize key KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue performance
  • Manage external agencies and technology partners to ensure scalable growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing and digital sales of paid content (subscriptions, PPV, ticketing, or similar), ideally in sports or entertainment
  • Proven track record of generating measurable revenue growth in European markets
  • Strong expertise in managing digital acquisition channels and optimizing overall performance
  • Data-driven working style with clear revenue and ROI accountability
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands-on execution skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Fluent in English and German
