Affiliate Manager

• Responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the international consulting division
• Implement and manage partner relationships and joint initiatives
• Develop and lead the international consulting offering, including partner concepts, strategy, technology integration, and performance measurement
• Provide strategic advisory to brand and rights partners on activation, audience engagement, and immersive content experiences
• Oversee implementation in close coordination with Rights Division, Brand Partnerships, Creative Marketing & Brand Experience, Media Sales, and Product teams
• Develop and expand analytics, reporting, and KPI frameworks to quantify partnership success
• Identify and implement new technology integrations to optimize partner outcomes on the platform
• Build a scalable consulting business as an independent revenue driver beyond core services
