Key responsibilities & impact

Manage building works: identify needs for fit-outs, renovations or restorations
Ensure the good condition of the property portfolio: carry out regular inspections of stores
Ensure regulatory compliance for establishments open to the public (ERP): prepare safety commissions and organize required regulatory inspections
Serve as the local technical contact: support store managers and coordinate the various contractors and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education diploma (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in building/construction, maintenance, civil engineering or technical operations
Minimum 3 years’ experience in multisite maintenance, property/asset management, facility management or within the retail environment
Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate building works
Good knowledge of regulations applicable to establishments open to the public (ERP)
Autonomous, organized and responsive
Proficiency with a CMMS (GMAO) is a strong asset
