About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify suitable hotel and hospitality properties
  • Make initial contact with owners and brokers (email, phone, and LinkedIn where appropriate)
  • Follow up, conduct conversations, and qualify interest
  • Collect relevant documentation
  • Hand over qualified properties to the internal team
  • You will not negotiate through to notarization or perform financial calculations — your role is to initiate and drive deals.
