About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify suitable hotel and hospitality properties
- Make initial contact with owners and brokers (email, phone, and LinkedIn where appropriate)
- Follow up, conduct conversations, and qualify interest
- Collect relevant documentation
- Hand over qualified properties to the internal team
- You will not negotiate through to notarization or perform financial calculations — your role is to initiate and drive deals.
