About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Dive into the needs of sellers and buyers, guide the squad to what matters most, and close the learning loop each delivery cycle in an AI-first environment.

Requirements

- Adaptability to experiment quickly, pivot, and evolve without attachment to previous solutions.
- Structured thinking to organize information, create clarity before execution, and maintain a reliable source of context.
- Hands-on profile to execute, test, build, and iterate alongside the team.
- Daily use of AI in work, exploring tools, testing limits, and keeping up with practical changes.
- Discovery: conduct qualitative and quantitative research, interview users, and synthesize evidence-based insights.
- Prioritization: order what matters based on business results and customer outcomes, refining the backlog with clarity and criteria.
- Metrics and success criteria: define what "worked" before executing and monitor results after launch.
- Written communication: document decisions, align context, and keep the team oriented with clarity, especially in remote environments.
- Data and user behavior analysis: extract relevant signals from quantitative and qualitative data to support decisions.
- Practical use and prototyping with AI: hands-on experience with generative AI to build solutions, flows, and functional prototypes rapidly.
- Understanding of LLMs and agents: functional knowledge of language models, agent architectures, memory, and prompt/context engineering.
