About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define sourcing strategies and select providers aligned with customers’ IT and automation strategies
Deliver highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements
Prioritize use cases and conduct ROI and business case analyses
Incorporate security and resiliency into future-state designs
Develop future-state visions and roadmaps for infrastructure and network requirements
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance, minimize costs, and reduce risks
Capture, prioritize, and analyze functional and non-functional technical requirements
Shape intellectual capital assets and contribute to practice resources
Collaborate with consultants, architects, project managers, and cross-functional technical subject matter experts
Present strategic recommendations and technical insights to customers and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Sales and consulting knowledge
Experience as a Cloud Architect, Specialist AI Architect, Specialist, or similar
ITIL expertise and certifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to convey complex technical insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, and Scrum constructs
Ability to identify inefficiencies through readiness assessments
Ability to develop strategies and approaches to optimize IT or cloud resources and capabilities
Subject matter expertise in at least one platform, such as cloud computing, cloud hyperscaler, X86, mainframe, or midrange
TOGAF expertise and certifications (preferred)
Experience with various IT Operating Models and building technology-support organizations (preferred)
Advanced certification on key technologies within the relevant platform or expertise area (preferred)
Ability to articulate technologies’ impact on security, availability, cost, and capacity (preferred)
Experience in Agile, including Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum (preferred)
