About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage UAE immigration operations through internal coordination, case administration, data collection, documentation review, and timely follow-up
  • Support in-country immigration processing by validating data, approvals, employee documentation, and submission timelines
  • Coordinate with Global Mobility & Immigration, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, employees, and immigration providers
  • Support Emiratization hiring alignment across UAE entities
  • Review and validate contracts, salary details, job titles, employment terms, and immigration documentation
  • Monitor immigration case progress, government notifications, timelines, dependencies, and outstanding actions
  • Follow up on missing documentation, approvals, UAE Pass actions, e-signatures, medicals, biometrics, government queries, and ministry communications
  • Coordinate across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and immigration providers, escalating delays, risks, exceptions, and complex matters
  • Serve as day-to-day operational contact for the immigration provider
  • Liaise with UAE authorities including MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA on filings, compliance, inspections, and site visits
  • Support policy governance, escalation channels, case tracking, and employee queries
  • Support EMEA personnel administration, employee data updates, documentation maintenance, and HR systems
  • Support broader EMEA HR Services case management and timely inquiry resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in UAE immigration, mobility, or HR operations
  • Strong understanding of UAE immigration processes, including MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA frameworks
  • Knowledge of Emiratization rules and localization requirements
  • Experience working with external immigration providers and government authorities
  • Experience working with Nafis job boards
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday and service management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Fluent Arabic (mandatory)
  • Good working knowledge of English, written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving, policy interpretation, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, confidentiality, data accuracy, and process management skills
