About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise and implement SAP FICO transformation projects
Help industry-leading clients with SAP solutions in the Oil and Gas industry
Collaborate with global teams and partners on a cross-functional basis to develop and deliver solutions
Innovate, design, build, and optimize solutions that help clients build intelligent enterprises
Lead Finance and Controlling digital transformations and provide solution architecture
Conduct FICO blueprint workshops, design test scripts, and develop complex functional specifications
Manage onshore and offshore resources and deliverables
Develop training documentation and deliver end-user training
Document and coordinate go-live activities
Perform post-go-live support and transition projects to long-term support
Create business process diagrams and procedures
Stay current with SAP configuration, functionality, trends, and future enhancements
Work with Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional technical subject matter experts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, leading Finance & Controlling Digital Transformations, and providing Solution Architecture
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FICO
Participation in a minimum of 4 SAP implementations, preferably global rollouts
Minimum of 2 ECC to S/4 HANA migration experiences
Hands-on experience and knowledge of General Ledger, Reporting, Compliance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing, and Cost Center Accounting
Experience managing onshore and offshore resources and deliverables
Experience conducting blueprint workshops for FICO areas, designing test scripts, and developing complex functional specifications
Experience integrating SAP FICO with at least two other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, or PM, and FICO sub-modules
Experience developing training documents and delivering end-user training
Experience documenting and coordinating go-live activities, performing post-go-live support, and transitioning projects to long-term support
Ability to create business process diagrams and business process procedures
Maintain functional competency in standard configuration and SAP functionality
Experience working in a larger consulting organization preferred
Experience leading pre-sales, proposals, and RFPs preferred
Thorough understanding of SAP Activate Methodology preferred
Strong background in Oil and Gas greenfield and brownfield implementations preferred
Exposure to other functional modules, including MM, PP, WM, and OTC, is a plus
