Key responsibilities & impact

Develop solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, and Networking Solutions
Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and evolve highly scalable distributed software
Integrate software with other layers and offerings
Provide functionality and solutions addressing customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3+ years of hands-on development experience combined with technical leadership
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience with AI and agent-based workflow design
Ability to design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions
Experience with Dataverse tables, plugins, and security model
Experience with Power Apps model-driven applications
Experience with Power Automate cloud-based workflows and integrations
Experience with Azure Functions
Experience with REST APIs and API Management
Experience with event-driven architecture
Experience with enterprise system integrations
Strong C# (.NET) skills for plugin and backend development
JavaScript skills for client-side customization
SQL and data modeling skills
Ability to write high-quality, efficient code
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Ability to build scalable, secure, and reliable automation solutions
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Certification in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) preferred
Familiarity with DevOps tools and modern software engineering practices preferred
Experience leading architectural decisions in data architecture and application architecture preferred
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers preferred
