About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Diagnose and resolve complex issues across servers, networks, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure environments
Conduct root cause analysis, assess risks, and implement preventive measures for system stability and performance
Evaluate, test, and optimize infrastructure solutions aligned with customer requirements and project timelines
Design and implement end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
Integrate systems, applications, and platforms to enable seamless operations and business continuity
Develop and automate workflows, processes, and operational tasks
Lead technical delivery from planning through implementation
Create and maintain technical documentation, architectures, procedures, configurations, and knowledge-transfer materials
Monitor implementation risks and drive remediation plans
Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders
Communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
Build customer relationships and deliver high-quality solutions meeting business objectives
Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and infrastructure trends
Expand expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise systems, automation, and integration technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep expertise in Infrastructure Architecture, modernization, platform engineering, and strategic transformation across hybrid and enterprise-scale environments
Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco NX-OS, VMware NSX, and SolarWinds
Advanced Ansible Automation skills
Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, virtualization platforms, monitoring solutions, and cloud infrastructure integration
Experience supporting and transforming large-scale enterprise environments, including Gen5 and ECaaS Tower environments
Ability to lead complex infrastructure projects and define architecture standards
Ability to deliver secure, resilient, highly available, and scalable solutions
Deep expertise in one or more domains: cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, software development, or data and analytics
Strong Enterprise IT application and infrastructure experience
Hands-on experience in Software Development, DevOps Engineering, Systems Administration, or Systems Architecture
Hands-on experience with AWS Public Cloud environments
In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with IT concepts, practices, and procedures
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles for technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
Logic and reasoning to assess alternative solutions and approaches
Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
