About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support implementation of OCM strategies and plans for client engagements
Create change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and data-driven change action plans
Own stakeholder and business engagement for driving change and adoption
Support Change, Communication, and Training strategies and plans
Activate the Change Network and deliver engagement content and sessions
Develop communication campaign collateral, align approvals, and launch campaigns
Develop client-specific training programs
Track and analyze OCM metrics
Collaborate with Kyndryl OCM Leads and client project teams
Support OCM proposals and pre-sales activities
Maintain internal OCM tools, templates, and methodologies
Contribute to continuous improvement and OCM best practices
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
Deliver change and adoption outcomes for a global client’s Microsoft Tenant Migration program
Support strategic technology transformation projects across Applications, Data, AI, Cloud, IT Managed Services, Securities, and Digital Workplace

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of OCM Change Management experience in consulting, preferably technology consulting
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as technology, business, psychology, communications, or media
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with project management methodologies
Consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
Experience designing and delivering Change Management, stakeholder analysis, communication, change impact, change network, and training deliverables
Familiarity or experience with Microsoft Tenant migrations or similar preferred
Knowledge of OCM frameworks such as Prosci and ADKAR preferred
Project management certifications such as Prince2 preferred
Change Management certifications such as Prosci, AIP, and APMG preferred
Familiarity with business transformation delivery preferred
Experience with IT managed services and IT infrastructure services preferred
Technical certifications such as ITIL and Agile preferred
Experience in Agile, DevOps, or cloud transformation environments preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira, Poppulo, or OCM platforms preferred
