About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end CNC activities for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 architecture
- Install, configure, and maintain Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, JAS, AIS, WebLogic, and BSSV
- Plan and execute Tools Release upgrades and apply ESUs/ASUs
- Manage package builds and deployments across environments
- Deploy and manage JD Edwards environments on cloud infrastructure
- Monitor and optimize CPU, memory, database performance, and kernel health
- Administer role-based access, user profiles, task views, and menu filtering
- Configure, optimize, and support AIS Server and Orchestrator Studio
- Collaborate with DBAs on tablespaces, database queries, and data blockages
- Resolve environment and data issues across SQL Server and Oracle databases
- Provide production support in managed services environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10+ years of experience in JDE CNC roles
- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC administration experience
- Experience with JDE Tools, including OMW, Server Manager, Package Build, and Deployment
- Experience with WebLogic or WebSphere middleware
- Experience with Linux, Unix, or Windows operating systems
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with JDE Tools and Applications upgrades
- Knowledge of HA/DR configurations
- Exposure to integrations, including APIs, Orchestrator, and third-party tools
- Experience in production support and managed services environments
- Master Degree and relevant certification are preferred
