About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical delivery of device migration waves during your shift
Own shift-level triage for device migration failures
Validate pre-req readiness for device migration
Oversee execution of tenant transition steps for Autopilot
Manage the shift backlog in the agreed ticketing system
Drive strong evidence capture through logs and reports
Coordinate shift handover packs for continuity
Partner with solution architect to update runbooks
Engage vendor/tool support channels as required
Lead post-migration validation checks and hypercare support for device cohorts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Delivered at least one production tenant-to-tenant device migration as a technical lead/SME
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot
Competence in Microsoft Entra ID device identity/join states
Proven experience working shift-based delivery in a 24x7 environment
Strong PowerShell and automation capability
Strong documentation discipline
