Cisco Firewall Support Engineer provides advanced operational support and configuration management for enterprise Cisco firewall environments.
Basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
Strong firewall policy and NAT knowledge
Hands-on IPsec and remote access VPN experience
Packet analysis skills
Centralized firewall management experience
CCNP Security/Enterprise preferred
Ansible Automation exposure preferred
Change management experience preferred
