About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, deliver, and support integrations across Kyndryl’s enterprise HR ecosystem
  • Develop and support integration solutions within Workday HCM, payroll, benefits, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations, preferably with Workday
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (e.g., Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs)
  • Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire business processes
  • Experience integrating SaaS HR platforms with downstream systems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
