About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, deliver, and support integrations across Kyndryl’s enterprise HR ecosystem
- Develop and support integration solutions within Workday HCM, payroll, benefits, etc.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and external vendors for secure integration solutions
- Drive the design, development, testing, and operational support of Workday integrations
- Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of Workday integrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations, preferably with Workday
- Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (e.g., Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs)
- Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire business processes
- Experience integrating SaaS HR platforms with downstream systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
