About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your journey as an IT Consultant Trainee will start with an immersive 2-year learning program, focusing on building essential business and consulting skills.
- You will work on exciting projects with our flagship clients and gain hands-on experience across various industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Technology, Media & Telecom, and Healthcare & Life Sciences.
- You will be assigned a Mentor and a Buddy to guide you through your career development.
- After the program, you can work in either a Delivery or Go-to-Market role based on your skills and potential.
- You will contribute to our business from day one and grow into a trusted advisor, delivering complex consulting engagements that provide lasting value to our customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of core services offered by cloud providers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Previous consulting experience is a plus.
- Experience in project management and IT service management frameworks.
- Certification in key technologies.
- Applied experience in Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch and English.
