About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform end-to-end CNC activities including installation, configuration, and maintenance of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 architecture (Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, JAS, AIS, WebLogic and BSSV).
Plan and execute Tools Release upgrades (9.2.x), apply ESUs/ASUs, and manage routine package builds and deployments.
Deploy and manage JD Edwards environments natively on Cloud Infrastructure. Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and server performance.
Implement and refine system monitoring to track CPU, memory, database performance, and kernel health, moving from reactive troubleshooting to predictive maintenance.
Administer JDE security, including role-based access control, setting up user profiles, and defining task views and menu filtering.
Configure and support modern JDE technologies, specifically AIS Server architecture and Orchestrator.
Coordinate closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) to manage tablespaces, optimize database queries, and troubleshoot data blockages across SQL Server or Oracle environments.

Databases: Oracle / SQL Server / DB2
Performance tuning & troubleshooting
Experience in JDE upgrades (Tools/Applications)
Knowledge of HA/DR configurations
Exposure to integrations (APIs, Orchestrator, third-party tools)
Typically 8–10+ years of experience in JDE CNC roles
Experience in production support and managed services environments
