About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Translate research findings into clear insights, opportunity areas, and experience principles that guide strategy and design
- Lead iterative validation of concepts, prototypes, and experiences to test assumptions and reduce risk
- Synthesize user, market, data, and competitive inputs into coherent narratives that support decision making
- Collaborate with experience designers, strategists, and technologists to embed research throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Select and apply appropriate research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiry
- Ensure research outputs are accessible, documented, and reusable across teams
- Advocate for user centered and evidence based decision making in customer engagements and internal initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience conducting experience or UX research and applying findings to influence strategy and design
- Ability to plan, execute, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research independently
- Experience translating complex research findings into clear insights, recommendations, and artifacts
- Background in UX, behavioral science, social science, or a closely related discipline
- Experience collaborating within cross functional teams including design, strategy, and delivery roles
- Working knowledge of research methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and concept validation
