About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enforce adherence to governance model and operating rhythm
Drive structured governance forums with clear outputs: Decisions, actions, and ownership
Own program-wide resource demand vs. capacity planning
Manage budget vs. actuals and forecast vs. backlog alignment
Lead tollgate governance and readiness process
Maintain integrated program plan across all workstreams
Develop and maintain program dashboards and reporting
Ensure consistent adoption of Agile practices across workstreams
Develop executive-level presentations and reporting materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in program management or large-scale transformation delivery
Proven experience operating in multi-workstream, complex programs
Strong expertise in: Resource Management (demand vs. capacity planning)
Cost Management / Financial Governance
Stage Gate / Tollgate Management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel : Pivot tables, modeling, and scenario analysis
Data manipulation and reporting automation
Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models)
Experience with program and project management tools : JIRA Confluence Power BI or similar reporting tools
