Leverage expertise in crafting innovative solutions for Kyndryl’s largest accounts
Guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements
Responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's larger accounts
Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level customers
Achieve financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
Experience of managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
