Key responsibilities & impact

Support all aspects of software procurement, including supplier engagement, contract negotiations, RFX execution, transactional buying support, and issue resolution across purchase orders and invoicing
Work closely with internal stakeholders and strategic software suppliers
Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technology sourcing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
0–2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, finance, or contract administration (internships or rotational roles acceptable)
Basic understanding of procure‑to‑pay (P2P) processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, and invoicing
Familiarity with software purchasing models, including SaaS subscriptions, term licenses, maintenance, and support
Exposure to procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, or comparable purchasing platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, review of quotes) and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to review supplier quotes for accuracy, completeness, and alignment to commercial terms
Strong attention to detail, especially when validating pricing, contract references, SKUs, and ordering requirements
Ability to follow defined procurement processes, controls, and approval workflows
Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners (Finance, Legal, IT, Vendor Management)
Customer‑service mindset when supporting internal requestors
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Willingness to learn software procurement concepts, supplier landscape, and internal policies
High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality and compliance requirements
