Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in roles involving creative technology, user experience, or digital innovation
Expertise in applying human-centered design at a strategic level
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
Proven innovation experience with a portfolio of projects
Rapid prototyping skills
Ability to design human-in-the-loop patterns
Deep skill in technical feasibility and risk assessment
Excellent storytelling skills
Knowledge in AI and data ethics
Familiarity with tooling standards & governance at scale
Experience integration at scale
Quality validation at scale
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
