About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead the U.S. sales enablement strategy
- Partner with the global team on enterprise transformation initiatives
- Identify performance gaps and prioritize interventions
- Lead capability programs focused on consultative selling, deal shaping, and client value articulation
- Oversee creation and governance of industry-specific sales content
- Act as a strategic partner across Sales, Delivery, HR, Marketing, and Offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in sales, enablement, or go-to-market strategy within large, complex organizations
- Proven experience working in technology services, consulting, or enterprise sales environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Strong understanding of account-based selling
- Strong understanding of solution-led selling models
