About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the dedicated TA strategic advisor to assigned pacesetter business leaders
- Own TA strategy and hiring outcomes for assigned accounts
- Lead TA strategy for high-priority growth campaigns
- Bring together TA activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress into a clear view for leaders
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners
- Get ahead of talent demand by anticipating TA needs
- Partner with the Delivery & Execution team
- Leverage market intelligence and talent insights
- Surface TA risks, roadblocks, and challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR roles within large, complex global organizations
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency required
- Proven experience as a senior TA advisor to executive-level business leaders
- Deep understanding of the full TA continuum
- Experience leading large-scale hiring campaigns tied to business growth initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven ability to collaborate across HR, Workforce Solutions, and Talent Management
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience working with RPO delivery models and leveraging market intelligence
