About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the dedicated TA strategic advisor to assigned pacesetter business leaders
Own TA strategy and hiring outcomes for assigned accounts
Lead TA strategy for high-priority growth campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR roles within large, complex global organizations
Business-level Japanese language proficiency required
Proven experience as a senior TA advisor to executive-level business leaders
Deep understanding of the full TA continuum
Experience leading large-scale hiring campaigns tied to business growth initiatives
Strong commercial acumen
Proven ability to collaborate across HR, Workforce Solutions, and Talent Management
Exceptional communication skills
Experience working with RPO delivery models and leveraging market intelligence
