Key responsibilities & impact

Own client relationship, scoping, delivery assurance, escalation, and coordination across squads
Set technical direction, advise C-suite
Interact with Client teams to understand requirements
Contribute to building solutions and own end-to-end delivery
Build and iterate custom AI solutions
Own delivery from scoping to production
Troubleshoot and enhance system performance
Systematically capture deployment learnings and share insights
Engage in ongoing professional development
Actively contribute to Kyndryl’s AI platforms through feedback and code contributions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of relevant IT experience
At least 2 years working in GenAI/Agentic AI Frameworks
At least 3 years on AI solutions
4-5 years experience in software development
Proven experience with client engagement
Hands-On delivery of Agentic AI solutions
Experience with 2 Agentic AI frameworks like Langchain/Langraph, CrewAi, Google ADK or Azure AI Agents SDK
At least 2 years in Vector Databases
Proficiency in Python/Java, SQL, API development
Technical delivery experience on 3 AI projects
At least 1 year of Data cleaning, ETL, batch/stream processing
Solid understanding of SDLC and version control (Git & GitHub)
Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI)
