About the role
- Act as the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve technical problems
- Provide interactive solutions via chat, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Start with one client on production, then multi-task across clients
- Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
- Deliver concierge-level customer care and troubleshoot issues
- Learn platforms and grow skills including Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
- Pursue certifications (Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft) and career development
- Collaborate with global teams and mentors; participate in volunteer activities
Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science
- Proficiency in spoken & written English
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- Support help desk knowledge
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer support knowledge and experience
- Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs
- Preferred: IT certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamental, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, RHCE, CCNA, ITIL
- Preferred: Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems and help desk experience
