About the role

  • Act as the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve technical problems
  • Provide interactive solutions via chat, email, and Microsoft Teams
  • Start with one client on production, then multi-task across clients
  • Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
  • Deliver concierge-level customer care and troubleshoot issues
  • Learn platforms and grow skills including Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
  • Pursue certifications (Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft) and career development
  • Collaborate with global teams and mentors; participate in volunteer activities

Requirements

  • Graduate / Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English
  • Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
  • Support help desk knowledge
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer support knowledge and experience
  • Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs
  • Preferred: IT certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamental, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, RHCE, CCNA, ITIL
  • Preferred: Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems and help desk experience
