Requirements
What you’ll need- 0-6 months of experience providing IT support
- Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working
- Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field (preferred)
