- Translate complex demand-supply dynamics into clear commercial recommendations
- Build workforce planning capability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior Experience - Workforce planning and workforce management in a consulting, professional services, or IT services environment at a senior level, with demonstrated ownership of methodology design and cross-market scope.
- Stakeholder Management - Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior business leaders — P&L owners, delivery heads, market presidents — and to lead structured planning conversations at executive level.
- Strategic Thinking - Ability to connect workforce decisions to commercial outcomes; translates organisational growth ambition into a credible, sequenced workforce strategy.
- Communication - Strong written and verbal communication — capable of translating complex workforce analysis into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
- Consulting Skills - Acts as an internal consultant to business leaders — advising on how strategic workforce planning should work, preparing stakeholders for participation, and building their understanding of workforce methodology and its commercial implications.
