About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor for customers, understanding their business context, security posture, and risk landscape
  • Drive sales and revenue growth for cybersecurity services and solutions, managing opportunities from discovery through closing
  • Demonstrate a track record in managing sales targets, pipeline and revenue achievement
  • Qualify customer opportunities around cybersecurity risk, compliance, resilience and emerging threats, translating into business value
  • Support security assessments, proposals and high-level solution design from a commercial and advisory perspective
  • Build long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C‑level and senior decision makers
  • Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, frameworks and technologies to position Kyndryl’s offerings effectively in the market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, or cybersecurity sales roles
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and security frameworks (e.g. NIST, RMF, ISO)
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with commercial responsibility, sales targets or revenue ownership
  • Ability to articulate cybersecurity risks and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to link security solutions to business outcomes
