About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The OutSystems Low Code No Code Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform (Reactive Web, Mobile, and Traditional Web)
- Ensure adherence to banking standards for security, performance, scalability, and governance
- Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and operations teams
- Build scalable digital applications aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging services, and microservices-based architectures
- Ensure applications meet banking-grade non-functional requirements including performance, security, availability, and compliance
- Continuously optimize solutions for scalability, reusability, and faster delivery cycles
- Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability of applications in BAU environments
- Provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 - 7 Years of Out systems Developer Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems platform (Reactive Web, Mobile Apps, and Traditional Web)
- Solid Expertise in: Low-code development concepts and OutSystems architecture (4-layer canvas, modular design)
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using LifeTime
- Integration patterns (REST / SOAP APIs, external systems)
- Data modeling, aggregates, SQL nodes, and relational database concepts
- Error handling, performance optimization, and debugging techniques
- API integrations and microservices-based architectures
- SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
- DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (Git)
- Working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) (good to have)
- Security standards and compliance requirements in banking/financial services
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
