About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The OutSystems Low Code No Code Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform (Reactive Web, Mobile, and Traditional Web)
Ensure adherence to banking standards for security, performance, scalability, and governance
Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and operations teams
Build scalable digital applications aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory compliance requirements
Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging services, and microservices-based architectures
Ensure applications meet banking-grade non-functional requirements including performance, security, availability, and compliance
Continuously optimize solutions for scalability, reusability, and faster delivery cycles
Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability of applications in BAU environments
Provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 - 7 Years of Out systems Developer Experience
Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems platform (Reactive Web, Mobile Apps, and Traditional Web)
Solid Expertise in: Low-code development concepts and OutSystems architecture (4-layer canvas, modular design)
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using LifeTime
Integration patterns (REST / SOAP APIs, external systems)
Data modeling, aggregates, SQL nodes, and relational database concepts
Error handling, performance optimization, and debugging techniques
API integrations and microservices-based architectures
SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (Git)
Working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) (good to have)
Security standards and compliance requirements in banking/financial services
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
