About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the product roadmap for Temenos-based core banking systems
Align roadmap with business priorities across: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Private/Wealth Banking
Own and manage the product backlog (epics, features, user stories)
Write detailed functional user stories with acceptance criteria aligned to T24 processes
Prioritize backlog based on alignment with core banking modules and product configurations
Validate impacts across customer lifecycle and transaction processing
Work closely with Agile teams for sprint execution
Act as the single point of contact between business, IT, and vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 7 years of experience in Banking IT / Product Management / Product Owner roles
Strong hands-on understanding of Temenos T24
Proven experience working with key T24 modules: AA, LD, FT, Deposits / Accounts
Solid understanding of product configuration, customization, and lifecycle management within T24
Ability to translate business requirements into T24 functional designs and configurations
Extensive experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Strong capabilities in product backlog management and prioritization
User story creation with clear acceptance criteria
Grooming backlogs in collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams
Experience working closely with engineering, testing, and architecture teams to deliver product increments
