About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and optimize lifecycle of WAN network circuits and infrastructure
- Manage WAN circuits and equipment inventory
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network services
- Lead vendor management for network circuits and services
- Act as primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience overseeing teams, financial planning, forecasting, and overall business operations
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud computing and virtualization
- Experience in circuit design, deployment, and configuration with internet service providers (ISPs)
- Strong expertise in networking technologies (routing, switching, security, SD-WAN)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills
