About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oracle Solution Lead for solutioning and implementing Oracle Fusion across multiple clients
Lead functional workshops for processes across multiple modules and business functions
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices
Lead and Configure Oracle Fusion modules where applicable
Develop and validate Business Process Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Functional Design Specifications, and end-to-end process documentation
Validate integration touchpoints with functional modules and Oracle EPM platforms
Collaborate with Integration teams to define and test interfaces
Lead the execution test scenarios for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and period-close simulations
Provide support for cutover execution, period-close readiness, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare
Collaborate with reporting teams to validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and statutory financial reports
Contribute to Building of offering collateral and differentiated Kyndryl services

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion development and deployment
5+ years in Oracle Fusion migration and modernization
5+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience
Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking
Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
