About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across multiple platforms and services
Design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP
Provide high-quality technical solutions to prepare customers for implementation and maintenance
Ensure network availability, performance, and security
Troubleshoot branch WAN issues using tools like ping, traceroute, and SNMP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of experience in Network support covering WAN technologies MPLS, SDWAN etc
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP), and switching fundamentals
Experience with Cisco IOS and network management tools
Familiarity with WAN technologies (MPLS, VPNs)
Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, modems etc
Collaborate with telecom DC & DRC teams to resolve branches WAN-related issues
