Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents related to SAP CAR
Validate correct data processing and integration between SAP CAR and external systems
Document analyses, findings, root causes, and preventive recommendations
Collaborate with ABAP and functional teams to resolve incidents
Maintain up-to-date functional documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

+5 years of experience in SAP functional support within an AMS model
Functional experience with SAP CAR, ideally including: POSDTA, TLOG loading, reprocessing, and monitoring
Understanding of SAP retail data models and transactional flows
Bachelor’s degree or engineering in systems, computer science, or related fields
SAP training or certification in SAP CAR (desirable)
ITIL certification (desirable)
