About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics and citizen services optimization
Develop NLP, computer vision, or deep learning models as per project requirements
Process, clean, and validate large datasets
Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams to integrate models into production
Ensure explainability, fairness, and transparency of AI models
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies relevant to e-Governance
Clearly and persuasively communicate complex technical and business concepts to both customers and team members
Identify and frame problems, lead collection of information, and integrate information to produce decisions
Improve effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of technology and technical methods
Driving the design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software
Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams
Maintain and drive the clearing of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and currency of 3rd party components

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience
At least 4+ years in AI/ML solution design and deployment
B.Tech/BE - IT/Data Science
Proficiency in Python/R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP frameworks
Experience in handling large datasets and data pipelines
Strong knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and model explainability
Skilled in one or more of the following areas: Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, or Storage Systems
Certification in AI/ML/Data Science (preferred)
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (preferred)
