Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and implement quality assurance processes and testing frameworks
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
Track and report software defects; ensure timely resolution with developers
Ensure solutions meet government standards for security, performance, and usability
Maintain QA documentation and ensure continuous improvement in QA practices
Present regularly to both your team and the management team
Utilize expertise in Root Cause Analysis to uncover top defect areas and develop action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in software quality assurance
At least 3+ years in Planning and implementation
B.Tech/BE/MCA in CS/IT
Having knowledge in ISO
Hands on experience in test automation tools (Selenium, JMeter, Postman, etc.)
