About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Protect Kyndryl's customers’ computer systems and networks from unauthorized access
- Use various tools to defend against cyber threats like malware and phishing
- Implement new cybersecurity systems and policies
- Monitor cybersecurity systems for potential threats
- Conduct proof-of-concepts with new cybersecurity software
- Provide automation scripts for threat hunting
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Research and evaluate cybersecurity threats
- Assist in the creation of security solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a Cybersecurity field
- Expertise in network routing and switching
- Proficiency in cloud computing and security architecture
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and application security
- Good knowledge of cyber security and incident response
- Valid certification in CISSP / CompTIA Security+ / other related certification preferred
- Security Operations Center experience preferred
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices preferred
