Develop and maintain integrations between departmental systems and external applications
Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements
Document integration processes and workflows
Gather and document business processes, requirements, and use cases
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in integration
Bachelor's in CS/IT
3+ years in public sector system integration
Hands-on with API gateways like Mule, API Setu
Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Worked on Aadhaar/eKYC, DigiLocker, or similar integrations
Understanding of secure transmission protocols and audit logs
