About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals and industry best practices.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and define clear, actionable requirements.
Conduct needs assessments, specify requirements for new or upgraded technology solutions, and document solution descriptions in a structured and understandable way.
Collaborate with development teams, product managers, designers, and third parties to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Business knowledge of banking operations and the financial sector, preferably in Payments
At least 5 years of experience in requirement specification and business analysis in software development projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
Experience with software development processes and understanding technical solutions.
A continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation.
Proficiency in Finnish and English language.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
