About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the smooth operation of customers’ IT infrastructure
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise LAN, WAN, and network security infrastructure
- Handle network incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Support environments aligned with Zero Trust architecture
- Assist in enforcing least-privilege access and compliance
- Communicate clearly during incidents and escalations with stakeholders
- Manage project risks, quality tracking of milestones, and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management projects
- Strong understanding of Routing & Switching (L2/L3) VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP at operational level
- Proven experience in enterprise network troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls & security policies
- VPN troubleshooting and network segmentation
- Conceptual and operational understanding of Zero Trust networking
- Experience in 24×7 production support environments
- Strong analytical and RCA skills
- Experience in a high-security work environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Cloud platforms (IBM, AWS, Azure, GCP)
