About the role
- Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and converting new sales opportunities within new and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships, becoming a trusted partner to decision-makers
- Lead end-to-end sales pursuits, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Develop and execute account and territory plans that support revenue, profitability, and growth objectives
- Collaborate with delivery, technical, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs
- Provide leadership throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring a strong client experience and successful outcomes
- Act as a point of escalation in support of customer satisfaction and successful outcomes, partnering with internal teams as needed
- Monitor and manage financial indicators to support sustainable growth
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent professional or industry experience
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth through consultative selling
- Experience selling IT services such as Managed Services, Cloud, or related solutions
- Ability to create and advance opportunities through insight-led client conversations
- Comfort navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills and executive presence
- Self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to operate independently
- An existing industry network is an asset
