About the role
- Lead the identification and definition of AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy in the FSS industry
- Translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and transformation roadmaps
- Advise clients on AI adoption strategies, including governance, operating models, and value realization
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to deliver strategic recommendations
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Lead client engagements, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive AI transformation initiatives
- Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes across operations, customer experience, and growth
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in a leading consulting firm with strong exposure to digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications
- Strong expertise within the Financial Services industry (processes, customer pain points, and value drivers)
- Experience in data analysis and data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and ethical AI considerations
- Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments, translating them into business opportunities
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery oversight
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and leading discussions
- Foundational knowledge of data/AI tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks) to collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-structuring capabilities
